Refund Policy – Woof Play Eat

At Woof Play Eat, we understand that your dog is a beloved member of your family. Our goal is to provide a safe and enriching environment for every visit. We have established a refund policy that reflects the nature of our services and commitment to the community.

By accepting services or completing a purchase from Woof Play Eat, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy in full.

1. General Policy

All purchases for day passes, pre-paid day packages, memberships, enrichment services, and events are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Prepaid Packages

Prepayment of day packages is non-refundable, regardless of usage or cancellation. Please ensure your schedule and dog's suitability before purchasing a package.

3. Refund Exception – Loss of Pet

In the unfortunate event that a dog passes away, we will honor a refund for any unused, pre-paid services or memberships. Written notice and confirmation may be required.

4. Non-Transferability

All purchases and memberships are specific to the registered dog and are not transferable to another pet or individual under any circumstances.

5. Event Cancellations

If Woof Play Eat cancels a scheduled event or service for any reason, a full refund or credit will be provided to affected participants.
